Hi Sir, I underwent a surgery on 26th Feb, 2021. It was for Mandibular Osteoplasty. I had only given the consent to trim any extra bony projection on right side. I trusted the doctor blindly. His name is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX He did not even show me my Post Surgery scan after surgery and discharged me. I still trusted him. After 6 months of healing, my mind started expecting result. I found out that my chin used to be very nice and it has changed in some way. I had a pre-surgery scan , so I reached out to a doctor in XXXXXXX for scan comparison. Doctor in XXXXXXX found out that my pre-surgery scan CD was blank. I started having mental issues after that. I went to XXXXXXX 4-5 days ago for consultation. I asked doctor to compare my pre-surgery scan and post-surgery scan. He quickly compared my left side and right side of post-op scan with pre-op scan and said everything is fine. I was not happy with his behaviour. I had a feeling that he is hiding something. So, I took my pre-surgery scan and left. I got it compared in XXXXXXX and then we can clearly see that he has done unnecessary work on chin. I got a panic attack after that and got hospitalized immediately. I had only given consent for touching right side and that too minimal. Even in OT, I confirmed this with them. I am just living on hope now. Can this be corrected now with help of chin implants. Can you suggest me a very good hospital and doctor for this.
