Can You Suggest Some Medicine To Get Me Relief From Heart Burn And Acidity

proton pump meds would work best
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As you stated the ENO and gavison would help decrease the acidity at the time but do not help with the heavy sensation as much.
The best type of medications to help with these symptoms are medications in the proton pump family of meds eg- prilosec, prevacid, nexium etc. The PAN 40 is from this family but you should have a better reaction with one of the others.
These medications suppress acid production almost totally and also deal with the other symptoms of reflux such as heaviness or regurgitation of food or bloating or excess salivation or acid taste in the mouth.
Unfortunately, because they cannot get rid of the acid already present but only prevent future production, they do not have an effect right away in most persons.
This is the reason that they can used along with other medications for the first 5 to 7 days eg gavison or tums or enos etc
The combination pf two types of meds would give you the best relief.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

most persons do not have any issues
Detailed Answer:
HI
The length of time it needs to be taken varies from one person to the next , so unfortunately this would not be possible to predict.
Diet changes along with the medication, may be helpful. This means reducing the use of spicy, acidic or fried foods eg tomatoes, onions, mint, caffeine products, acidic fruits,
Most persons who use omeprazole do not have any issues but some of the possible effects include- nausea, headache, vomiting

It depends on when you have the worse symptoms. IF your symptoms are worse in the morning, you can use it then. If you find they are worse in the evenings, then it should be taken in the evening time.
Fruits to avoid include-tomatoes, grapefruit, orange, pineapple

can be used with or without foods
Detailed Answer:

Can be used with or without so you can choose which works best for you
I hope that it helps, remember that it can take a few days to take effect so you should use one of the other meds mentioned previously along with it
