Brief Answer:
Probably elderly eczema, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

The result of the reports doesn't seem to be related to a systemic illness.
The symptoms seem to be related to eczema, which is very common in elderly people.
I recommend to use an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily in the evening.
I also suggest to use a mild steroid cream for local application such as Hydrocortisone cream.
The symptoms will relieve gradually.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
