Brief Answer:
Hello. Chemotherapy is not related directly
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the query. So a severe pain in hip with restriction of movement can be due to a fracture around hip joint or osteoporosis. Thus is not related to chemotherapy directly but can be exaggerated due to poor nutrition, immobilisation of patient due to fatigue.
An evaluation of hip joint by mri is important.
Thanks and regards
