1. Avoid direct contact with soaps, detergents, scouring powders, and irritating chemicals. Protect your hands by wearing waterproof, cotton lined, gloves.
2. Wear waterproof gloves while handing vegetables like cutting or peeling
3. Avoid activities like washing clothes or laundry by hand.
4. Avoid dish washing.
5. Avoid contact with paints, turpentine oils, polish etc. even shoe polish.
6.Change your shoes and socks regularly
7. Always wear cotton gloves in house and office.
8. Use very mild soap for bath and hand wash purposes
