Brief Answer:
Need few more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Have seen your details,
For Cervical related issues I would suggest you to go for a MRI cervical spine.
Till then start taking an an anti inflammatory with a muscle relaxant.
Tab Nucoxia Mr twice a day.
Pregabalin 75 mg can be taken to reduce nerve related pain.
Add merthylcobalamine and folic acid (Cap Myelamin 1500mcg) once daily to prevent wear and tear of nerves.

As far as diarrhea is concerned I need few more informations.
Like from how long are you having loose stools..I mean from a day or two or from few months.

Are the motions foul smelling.
Any medications tried till date.

Most important is from how long you are having diarrhea?

Please reply waiting.

Hi ,
Very likely you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.

Not all medicine work on every one but some medicine always work for some one.

Few question-1)Your age
2)Any problem in sleep.
3)Any anxiety disorder/Type A sort of personality.
Stress
4)Mucoid or water like motions.
5)Number of motions every day.
6)Color of stool.
7)Smell is foul or normal
8)Any triggers observed by you.
9)Medications tried till date with dose and for how long.
Please mention the doses and duration of treatment and relief.
10)Any test like colonoscopy, stool culture or sensitivity done till date?
11)Your profession.
12)Night duties if involved?

Thank you and waiting.
I have read other answers...See life style modification is the easiest word a doctor can use but eating boiled vegetable and salad and fruits for rest of life is something not possible.
Don't worry things would be in control.
All you need is to have faith in doctor you choose.

I would need to add medicines.
Please answer point wise.
Thanks and waiting!

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I would suggest you to take,
Tab CIBIS three times a day along with
Tab Paroxetine 12.5 mg for w weeks followed by 25 mg for 2 weeks.
Along with it Tab Clonazepam 0.5 to 1 mg till you get a complete 8-10 hours of sleep.
See in 90% of cases IBS is closely linked with overstimulation of nervous system...There are two types of nervous system in body.
1)Controlled by brain.
2)Automatic nervous system-This when stulated due to anxiety or lack of sleep or unusual duty hours or tough jobs ....cause overstimulation of nerve named vagus.
Vagus when over stimulated causes IBS.
I am around 78 and in my 48 plus years of experience I founded that many doctors never work on this part of this problem.
Usually Amitriptyline or Nortyptalline can be given but is not as effective as the combination written above.

I have seen my patients responding very well to this treatment but see minimum one month is needed...Maintain a diary and record your hours of sleep...Don't do any pranayama and all on your own...They are arts and person takes years to master them..just normal relaxing exercises are enough(even a walk in fresh air will do).

So I won't write here the se story of eat boiled food
Eat only fruit and salad and all..
You will get this from anywhere,
If you have tried many doctors I would suggest you to take-

Tab Paroxetine 12.5 mg once a day for 2 weeks and then we would increase the dose and minimum 3 months we would see the difference.
Along with it Clonazepam 0.5mg to 1mg would be required(I want you to sleep like a baby for minimum 10 hours a day).
Plus Tab CIBIS three times a day.
Along with it a probiotic should be taken..This will take care of good bacterias of gut.

Plus follow life style modification as much as possible.
But start treatment only after deciding.
Otherwise taking pills for 5 days and then moving on here and there won't help.
You can get these pills in XXXXXXX easily.
But in case if prescription is required I would provide one.
Regards.
