Child Complaining Of Neck Pain, Fever, Back Pain And Leg Pain. Suggest?
Question: My almost 6 year old son was complaining of neck pain last night, and felt a little warm. Today, he has a temp of 102, and is complaining of back and leg pain. What could be the cause?

Have you checked his throat? Perhaps he is suffering of tonsillitis and needs antibiotic therapy.
Did you check his neck for any swollen lymph-nodes? - Apart of tonsillitis, he might have infection of the ear, which requires ear drops.
His back or leg pain or body ache might be related to virosis, most probably complicated with tonsillitis or/and otitis (infection of the ear).
You can send him for a visit to check out the real culprit.
I would suggest to give ibuprofen or paracetamol for the fever and pain to your child.
