Child Got Bitten By Dog On Arms Above Elbow. Child Have Skin Rash On Wrist. Related?
Question: hi, my three year old daughter got bitten by dog 1 week ago. This morning I saw a little skin rash on her wrist. She was bitten on the arm just above the elbow. Could the rash appear because of the dog bite? The cut looks much better now and there is no skin rashes or anything around it.Thankyou

The cause of rash can only be ascertained once the lesion has been examined. For the same, please upload the image of concerned area.
As far as dog bite is concerned, please clean the area with antibiotic solution like betadine and apply a topical antibiotic like mupirocin till lesions heal. Also please get the child vaccinated with anti rabies medication.
