3. Reduce television watching to improve his memory if the child has habit of

His weight of 23 Kg is in the normal range as per the CDC growth charts. But it is on the lower side of normal range(just above the 3rd percentile).
Try to improve his diet by adding more protein and calories in the form of regular diet by adding boiled eggs, and boiled ground nuts on daily basis.
You can add some amount of ghee to his regular food to increase the caloric value of food which will cause weight gain.
Try to give an extra meal in the form of evening snacks.
