Hi ,
Thank you for your query.
This is certainly a peculiar lesion.I can understand your situation.
There are some questions for you.
1.Are these lesions from birth?
2.Did the spots look like this from the very beginning or are they changing colour?
3.Is there any history of trauma/insect bite?
4.Is there history of any bleeding disorder in the baby/family?
If this is a congenital lesion there is nothing to worry.
This maybe a insect bite as the lesion follows a straight line.In that case a Flutibact like cream applied twice daily will help.
If the lesions worsen kindly consult a dermatologist.
If you have any further queries you are free to consult me.
Hope this answers your query.
Wishing your child a speedy recovery.
Have a nice day.
