Child Has Red Dots On Lower Back, Tender To The Touch. Something To Worry About?

Question: My daughter has two perfectly symmetrical red dots on her lower back along her spine about the size of the end of a pencil eraser. They do not seem to be tender to the touch. Is this something to worry about?
