
Child Has Swollen Lips And Tight Skin On Face With Burning Sensation. Any Solution?

It seems probably your daughter is having angioedema. It is characterised by swelling over lips, eyes, tongue etc along with itching and burning sensation.
To treat the same, she should immediately be started on oral antihistaminic like cetirizine or diphenhydramine.
If desired results are not seen that is decrease in swelling or burning sensation in few hours, she should be given a shot of injectable antiallergic along with a steroid to control the same.
Sometimes angioedema may be associated with difficulty in swallowing or difficulty in breathing. If there is any difficulty in swallowing or breathing, patient should be taken to emergengency room of the hospital for further management.
