Frequent sneezing may be due to allergic rhinitis.
Sneezing is common due to some irritation in the nose, but recurrent and continuous sneezing is suggestive of hypersensitivity of nasal mucosa to allergens like cold water, cold air, and dust.
For sneezing, you can give her an oral antihistamine like cetirizine in prescribed dose for 3 to 5 days.
But if she is having persistent symptoms, she may require a long acting antihistamine like fexofenadine (Allegra).
Watch carefully for the allergens, which are causing sneezes in her and avoid exposure of the child to them.
She needs examination to look for any nasal polyps, turbinate hypertrophy, and investigations like CBP, absolute eosinophil count, serum IgE levels, and X XXXXXXX of paranasal sinuses and chest.
Coming to her weight, she is in the normal range as per CDC growth charts, but at lower side (10th percentile). Give her nutritious and balanced diet.
You can give boiled eggs (if she likes), items made of groundnut, and you can add ghee or edible oil to her regular diet to make it more calorie dense.
Some children don't like milk, so don't force her to drink. You can ask her to take milk with commercially available milk supplements.
Tiredness is seen in school going children because of their activity and growth needs.
Give a balanced and nutritious diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, and leafy vegetables.
Get her examined for anemia, vitamin deficiencies, and for worm infestation.
Therefore I advise you to consult the pediatrician for complete physical examination of the child and investigations to look for any underlying allergic tendencies and cause for tiredness.
Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know.
