Question: i have a 4 year old son who run out in front of a car an he wanted 2 kill himself do they no what that mean or did he hear it some where

Hi there, thanks for asking. Children before the age of seven are in a stage which is not operational thinking. It means that they do not know the consequence of behaviours. On the other hand, the most common reason for death at this age is accidents. It means many kids die just because of no reason.
Many children have hyperactivity problem and many of the cases are accompanied with impulsive behaviour.
You should ask his doctor to see if he has ADHD (attention deficit hyperacivity disorder) or not. I wish him a good health.
