Hello dear,
Levolin is a salbutamol containing syrup.

This is given in cases of severe cough and cold to keep the airway patent.

This syrup does not cause coughing or vomiting.

There could be two reasons for the above complaints.

1. The child did not like syrup and when you try to force it, A bit might enter the trachea and cause cough.

2. There was a reaction to the syrup.

The first condition is more common in children, and also for a reaction to happen there should be other symptoms like itching fever etc. which will remain for a longer duration.

In my suggestion, please get a flavored syrup containing salbutamol.

Feel free to ask, if you have further queries.

Wishing your daughter, a good health.

Thank you
