Hi XXXXXXX,
Welcome to XXXXXXX
The possibilities are:
viral fever
Dengue
Malaria
Urinary infection though rare in boys

You have to do
Complete Blood count
Blood smear for Malarial Parasite.
Dengue IgG and IgM
Urine Routine and culture

Widal test for typhoid will become positive after 1 week of
fever- should be watched for if other investitations are
negative.

Clinical examination is the most essential point in diagnosis!
Other tests depend on the clinical diagnosis.

All the best
Good luck
