Brief Answer:
May need medicines for it

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your both total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol which is a bad cholesterol are elevated. They need to be controlled.
Now, how old are you?
If you are above 50 and already having fairly good lifestyle, then better to start medicines like rosuvastatin. However, if your lifestyle is bad and there is scope for improvement in diet, exercises etc. then you may wait for 6-8 weeks and repeat your lipid profile. If there is response then may continue with healthy lifestyle or else will need medicines.
So, should have healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty oily and high calorie diet. have regular exercises like walking or brisk walking according to your capacity.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
