Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly upload a photo of rash so that I am better able to help.

For mild to moderate acne I would suggest you to use a topical benzoyl peroxide (2.5-5%) preparation e.g Microbenz 3.5% gel during the day. At night you may use 1% Clindamycin and 0.1% Adapalene combination gel e.g Deriva CMS gel on the affected area. Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion, 30 minutes before using medicines on face.

However, for moderate to severe inflammatory acne i.e papules, pustules, Oral Capsule Doxycycline 100 - 200mg per day would have better results along with topical treatment. These are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk and follow up with your local doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

For recalcitrant or frequently relapsing acne I would suggest you to take oral Isotretinoin along with the topicals which I had already mentioned. It is one of the best drug approved for treatment of acne, however, it needs to be taken under supervision and never in pregnancy or females who could get pregnant while on treatment

take care

Regarding acne scars

Detailed Answer:
thank you.
You have ice pick/pitted nature of acne scars. The only they would improve is by CROSS technique (chemical reconstruction of superficial acne scars) wherein sessions of spot chemical treatment with 80-100% TCA(trichloriacetic acid) are performed. I suggest you to kindly contact a Dermatologist in your region for the needful.
