Constant Urination In Night Time Any Remedy ?

Question: I constantly get an urge to urinate around 3-4 am and it hampers my sleep as I wake up again n again for that. Its happening for the last few weeks and I am not able to sleep properly because of that. I sleep around 12 in the night.

Polyuria can happen in diabetes. Urinary tract issues can also cause this to happen. Do you have any other symptoms like pelvic pain etc?
Please get the following tests done:
Fasting blood sugar levels
Urinalysis routine

Also avoid drinking water after dinner
