Brief Answer:
They can be less severe

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Symptoms like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, breast tenderness, increased frequency of urination, mild spotting, pain in the lower abdomen, fatigue, dryness in the vagina etc., are seen in the early pregnancy. These symptoms are severe at first and slowly get tolerable.

Also, the severity of these symptoms will be high of the threshold of tolerance will be high in the first pregnancy, whereas in a second pregnancy, the symptoms appear of less severity or tolerance would have increased.

This is not right in everybody, some can have same severity of symptoms in subsequent pregnancies or can even after worse ones. The symptoms seem to be more if there is a long gap between pregnancies.

Hope I answered your query. Wish you good health.

Regards
