It could be Shingles

Hi
I saw the picture.
It could be due to Shingles.
There is no specific treatment for it.But,Anti viral tablets like Acyclovir will reduce the severity in some.
The lesions have to be differentiated from Insect bite.
If the lesions are associated with weakness,mild fever etc,it goes in favour of Shingles.
Please consult a Dermatologist and proceed further.

Thank you, I went to see a doctor there and he said it is possibly shingles so has given me those tablets you mentioned. The pain is in my back and shoulder too, does that mean there possibly is more to come I forgot to ask him?

Even if the infection doesn’t spread then can the pain spread?

I have the shingles under my boob but pain in my hand/arm now and my side .

Shingles occur in a linear fashion along a Dermatome.
In some,pain will.persist even after subsidance of Shingles.It is called Post Herpetic Neuralgia.There will be severe pain in some individuals.Pain killers should be taken.
In some,pain may be present even without lesions externally.
It will come down gradually.

I understand what you are saying, but my whole arm being sore isn’t in a line so can that still in shingles?

But,in shingles there will be weakness, generalised pains etc
Soreness in arm can be due to Shingles,but lesions may not be seen.

I spoke to you the other day about shingles, I now have spots on my side off my chest, they could off been there for days but now they have got more, there is pain aswell?

Could these be shingles too?

I have now developed spots on another part off my body. But on the other side? So does that mean they are not shingles?

They are itchy and a bit sore.
If not shingles, then what could they be?

If the lesions are spreading it doesn't go in favour of Herpes zoster.Measles and Chicken pox have to be excluded.
Please consult a Physician or Dermatologist and proceed further.
