Question: Could I take uribel and piridium?
Had a da vinci hysterectomy 3 days ago and
,y bladder drives me crazy

I read your query and here is my advice.
The da vinci hysterectomy is a less complicated procedure than all other types of hysterectomyes. You may need from 6 days to 2 weeks to fully recover from it.

You can use uribel 4 times a day. It will relieve pain, discomfort urge to urinate, spasms and cramps and inflammation. It also contains methenamine and methylene blue used to prevent infection. Use it for a week.

Also you can use pyridium 200 mg three times a day up to 4 days. It has an analgesic effects so you will not feel the discomfort.

FIrst , thank you so much for your reply.
I took piridium than stop it and took Uribel. But for some reason urine color does not
change the color to blue . Also Uribel does not help with frequency.

Any advise.

Hello again dear. Uribel should change the urine colour to blue. Take it 4 times a day. If it doesn't become blue make sure it is not expired. Don't stop it because it may need a day to be effective and the second day you may feel better.
