Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It appears that the adenoids have already been removed. The airway tract is clear and there seems to be no further obstruction. So, it is possibly not due to the nose block that she is sleeping with her mouth open. Rather, it could be habitual. You need not worry about it.
Let me know if I could help further.

Hi,
The X Ray report indeed suggests the possibility of partially remnant adenoid tissue. But that itself is not a cause for concern. The adenoid tissue gradually starts regressing by 7 years of age and therefore in most cases, unless the child has more than 7 episodes of cough and cold per year for three consecutive years, surgical removal of adenoids is not considered necessary (as it will regress thereafter).
Even in case of removal, partial removal is actually sufficient, so long as it removes the problem (like possible blockage). The blockage is already cleared in case of your child and the respiratory airway is clear (as seen in the subsequent X-ray). So, you need not worry even if there is partially remnant adenoid tissue.
