Yes, in yeast or any other infections of the inner or outer ear Eustachian tube can present with edema and get blocked subsequently.

Once the infection is cured the edema in eustachian tube too gets cleared and you will feel better.

Do take steam inhalations with eucalyptus in it which will help here.
