Could Anxiety Be Related To Light Headedness And Loss Of Balance?
Question: Hey I am a 28 year old male. I was diagnosed with Generilzed Anxiety disorder about 5 years ago. Lately I have been feeling dizzy when I walk around. I feel like lightheaded and off balance. I have a doctor appointment in about 3 weeks but its driving me crazy and making me worry. I am constantly worried I have a brain tumor. I had a mri of my head about 7 months ago because I was having headaches and dizziness. Could this all be anxiety related?
