Could Cause Trigeminal Neuralgia Pain In The Eye Upon Movement, High BP And Dizziness?

Unlikely to be trigeminal neuralgia.
Detailed Answer:
my dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us .This is unlikely to be trigeminal neuralgia as the pain in TN is excruciating and is not the mild pain on the side of head as you described,so it is good that you avoided those medicines.
There are various causes of such heaviness as you are having, one is fluctuations of BP.This you have to keep track of,get it checked regularly.
Dry eye is another reason, for which lubricant eye drops are used.If one caused blurring, then your doctor has to advise a drop which suits you and doesn't cause blurring.
Since you are already taking good multi vitamins and supplements, continue with them.
There was a mention of surgery and no details were given. Please elaborate if relevant.
There is a labile hypertension, your BP increased on Any tryptamine so BP is to be monitored.

I am sorry that I did not specify my question very clearly. I was very much upset with the doctor mentioned before.
My eye especially right eye gives me trouble, having dull pain, vision got worse, get irritated while driving with stiff shoulder and neck, have a sharp pain sometimes etc.
I did not mention I have cataract besides dry eye. In order to have surgery of cataract I want to know why and what causes these problems with my eye. I don't want have any complication after surgery. For the moment, cataract does not prevent me from driving safely. I can see things but it bothers me sometimes with blurred vision.
For both eyes I have pain and irritation around eye brow sometimes. I guess this is due to TN2. Fortunately my TN is mild but have sharp pain in my face, teeth, cheek, eye brows and elsewhere.
I think it is better to see nerve doctor. Please advise.
Thanks. XXXXXXX
Neurology consultation needed.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Though dry eye needs lubricant eye drops for long periods, cataract surgery should be taken up after taking care of pain Issue. This will require consulting a neurologist, the nerve doctor.
As you have blurring of vision, cataract surgery has to be planned.Delaying cataract surgery is not advisable. As lens hardens and surgery becomes difficult.
