Question : I was staying in XXXXXXX I came to UAE 3 months back wile I came to UAE there was no hot summer it was very cold Now the climate is gradually changing to summer is the climatic condition is the reason for flu

Yes, heat exhaustion could take a week or longer if you expose yourself to the heat, and do not start adequate measures. Even heat exhaustion may lead to heat stroke a more severe condition.
