Could High Anxiety Be Stress Related?

Question: I have a high anxiety so I don’t know if this has anything to do with this, I keep haveing random sharp calf pain but then it goes away, I also last few nights been waking up with numbness in my neck like something was inside but after 20 minutes it goes away after I relax, then I woke with numbness on the back of my neck, then it went away after being awake after a while, could this all be stress related?

So get following tests done-
Complete blood count
Fasting blood sugar
Serum calcium
Thyroid profile
And check blood pressures.
If all these comes normal, then definitely your symptoms are stress related.
