Question: Hi Doctor! I have a question regarding cherry angiomas.

When I was young and in teens I had one cherry angioma on my right side breast. And I had that only till age 32 and now I am 35 years old and on the same breast with i have got 3 cherry angiomas with gap of 5cm and one small then after few cm one more and after few cm one more like in line and I also noticed two more cherry angiomas below my navel and all are with gap of 3 or 5cm and two on left hand on Bicep brachii….so now i am worried now why it has been increased? The reason i dont know also I do-not smoke but I do drink in weekends whisky. Also i take multivitamins… I have no child never given birth also… and my mcv mch levels were low for which I took 5 months ferrous supplements suggested by doctor.

I know its harmless nothing to worried as mentioned on the internet butI am worried why me why it i creased on my body. Could it be a sign of cancer ? Or breast cancer?

Also recently I had my PAP test and that is also came normal.

Pls help and tell me the reason of increasing and how to control this.

Brief Answer:
Need some more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query

I would like to know some more details

What is your weight and height?
How big is the biggest lesion amongst?
Have you got or tried to remove any of the lesions ?

There is no certain cause for cheery haemangioma except genetic preponderance in some, but being over weight and stress has been attributed to aggravate the condition.

If possible share an image of a clearly visible lesion here.
