Question : I had rough sex 4 days after my period stopped. I have thr copper coil. I bled slightly stopped then continued the next day. Now when i have sex. Try to exercises or cough it hurts where it is sitting (i have a tilted uterus) does it sound like its moved?

Hi,

Yes, rough intercourse can sometimes displace the copper coil. Pain after intercourse can indicate the same. There could be spotting which could be secondary to trauma caused by displaced coper coil.

I recommend you to get an ultrasound scan which can ascertain its position in the uterus. Also, it can give clue into whether there is an infection in the uterus causing such pain or bleed.
