Could My Fused, Discolored Toenails Indicate A Fungal Infection?

Question: My toenails in my little toe and ring toe have become fused with the skin, discolored, and become powdery when they are trimmed. I cannot differentiate between the nail and the flesh underneath as they have fused together. Attaching pictures of the same. I have read that this is a fungal infection of the nails, please review and prescribe a treatment.
Brief Answer:
Oral and topical anti-fungal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You seem to have toe nail onychomycosis. I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g. Terbinafine 250mg tablet once a day for 6-8 weeks. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g. amorolfine nail lacquer once weekly on affected nails.
Take care. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
