Question: I have avascular necrosis of rt femur head. Hip replacement in a few weeks. Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Tinglling sensation, pins and needles in entire leg are due to nerve compression. It is not due to necrosis of the femur head, compression may be in spine or in hip. Methylcobalamine 1500 mg at night will help you.
I hope this answers your query. Wishing you good health.
