Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be due to pacreatic surgery.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In my opinion the pain in neck and back radiating to left hand is more likely due to cervical disc disease a because of pressure on nerves. The cause may be cervical disc or cervical spondylosis.
I suggest that you start pain killers , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy including exercises to strengthen your neck muscle.
The diagnosis can be done by X ray of the neck or MRI if required.
Pancreatic tumor is more likely to cause pain in the abdomen and lower back- radiation in hand is not seen usually.
