Hello,

Firstly I would like to say that in most of the cases of aneurism there is no symptom until they rupture. Classic presentation is extremely severe pain with patient collapsing in 10 to 30 minutes. In 99% cases pain would only be there once it is ruptured.

Secondly you have not mentioned your age sex and any previous history I mean headache could be due to migraine, hypertension, stress, anxiety, insomnia and thousands of reasons so why with just a short history of 3 days of pain you are feeling that it could be aneurism? It's just like if a patient has a mild pain in chest are and he comes straight to diagnosis that it could be aortic dissection(before ruling out common causes).

My queries-
Had a Cerebral angiogram done on your brain earlier?
Any previously done CT Scan?
MRI or cerebrospinal fluid test?
Any thing wrong with brain vascularity?

I mean why do you suspect it can be ruptured aneurism.
With your follow up query and for a professional and really good advice kindly pen down your history.
Tests done by you?
Results of tests?
Is this the first episode or its recurrent? Frequency of headache?
No one can tell you without a proper history that whether the pain is related to aneurism.

I am a 25 yo male, I’m a competitive heavyweight lifter. I had a CT scan that was “clear”. I have no prior medical history. I was in fear of an unruptured aneurysm, because I get my heads sometimes when I lift weights

Hello,

Do you take caffeine, L-arginine or some times things labelled as energy blend?
If yes very likely they are giving you these bad headaches.
If CT is normal no aneurysm is there.
Avoid all stimulants for 3 days and take Naproxen 500 mg once daily for 3 days and tell me how you feel.

My headache is still there, mainly right/front side. It’s a dull ache and constant. I’m getting no relief with OTC medicine.

Hi,

You need to see a MD.
It sounds like migraine.
Very likely you are in acute phase and therapy with Naproxen and combination of caffeine, ergotamine, paracetamol and prochlorperazine in suitable ratio(available as brand name vasograine) would be given.
None of them is over the counter. You have to visit MD.
