Thanks for your query.

Wellbutrin (Bupropion) is known to reduce the threshold for epileptic seizures. This effect is amplified when taken with medications like Pro Air Symbicort.

It is advisable not to prescribe Wellbutrin with any steroids like Symbicort but if it is necessary then care has to be taken and the patient watched for seizure episodes. If presents with any then the drug has to be stopped.
