Brief Answer:
Looks like insect bite

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In the image there is small erthymetous lesion is seen which is well localized and surrounding skin appears normal.
To me it appears to be insect bite, most likely mosquito bite.
I won't get overly worried as the lesions are not too many in number, in exposed part of the body only and there are no other associated symptoms.

I would like to observe for improvement or any further progression. Most of the time these lesions subside within 2-3 days.
If it is increasing in size, number, there is any change in color or if there is any discharge please consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
