Question: Small white patches are being developed on my daughter’s face. So far there are two small spots. Wanted to confirm if these are sunburns or something that needs any medication.

These patches are due to mild fungal infection. Apply ointment Clotrimazole twice daily for a month. This should help her. It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
