Could This Be Colon Cancer Bristol Chart 5 & 6?
Question: Hello Doctor, I am an ibs patient for more then 15 years.
Always had all kinds one checkups as I’m a hypochondriac as well.
Recently I have been experiencing fatigue and very mild stomach pain which lasted for 1.5 days then I took Rifixamin (Gastrobiotic) for 4 days as I was experience in smooth stools, Bristol chart 5 & 6. No fever, I have done a blood test now CBC , CRP, ESR, liver and kidney tests all were very fine except for 3 findings in my CBC :
Slight elevation in Red blood cell count and elevation in RDW and slightly low MCH.
Could this be colon cancer ?

Thanks for query and uploading blood reports .
At the outset I would emphasize that you do not have cancer of Colon .
Cancer of Colon always presents with XXXXXXX blood in stools .
As regards blood reports ,minor variations in blodd parameters has no significance and it should not be worried about .
