Question: Hi .. My daughter 2.5 years old, she started sneezing from morning. No temperature issues. She is bit fussy. little runny nose.

As you rightly said, this is probably a viral infection. If there is no fever, paracetamol is not needed. So you can give SYRUP ASCORIL FLU twice daily instead of sinarrest(which contain paracetamol also). Give plain paracetamol in addition if fever comes. Use Saline nasal drops to relieve any congestion.
Hopefully she will be fine in 3 to 4 days. If not, kindly get back to me so that I can guide you accordingly
