Brief Answer:
You would need more testing to determine whether you have an STD or UTI

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

An STD such as gonorrhea or chlamydia typically has symptoms of vaginal discharge and possibly bleeding, while a UTI would more typically have symptoms of burning when urinating along with urinary frequency and urgency.

However, the two conditions can overlap, and it can be hard to tell the difference without testing, as in your case, in which you have symptoms that could be from either one. So I would recommend that you get testing with a urine test and vaginal swab to look for signs of a UTI or STD, and I think that will likely clarify which one you have and should be treated.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.

Regards
