Could You Help Me Figure Out What It Is, And Possibly How To Make It Better?

Question: I've had sharp pains under my sternum for a few days now, it stops me from breathing deeply and gets worse when I move. Could you help me figure out what it is, and possibly how to make it better?

Hi
Pain in that area at the age of 20 could be musculoskeletal pain.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response,I will get an Xay Chest,CT scan of Chest, ECHOCARDIOGRAM,ECG and rule out Lung and Heart diseases.
Some patients will have pain due to GERD.For them,I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Domperidone.
