Brief Answer:
It indicates hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed your reports. Here is my advice.

As per reports, TSH level is 6.06 which is on higher side which indicates hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid.

For that I would suggest you to take tablet thyronorm 50 mcg after physician consultation and repeat test after 3 months and you may require dose adjustment as per level.

Along with that, please start below medications after physician consultation....
1. For low hemoglobin - Tab. Orofer XT once a day
2. For low B12 level - Tab. Multivitamin once a day
3. For low vit. D - Cap. D rise 60000 units once a week for 8 weeks

Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam XXXXXXX
