Brief Answer:
LDL levels are high

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,

Yes the LDL levels are on higher side. I am assuming that you do not have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems etc and you are not taking any medicines. I will suggest the following actions to be taken:
- diet: you may lower the intake of fatty foods like paranthas, icecreams, sweets, cake/pastries, cookies, non-veg foods. Increase the uptake of fruits and veggies upto five times a day
- exercise: regular exercise helps dissolve the excess fats. You may exercise 20 - 30 minutes a day including gym, walk, yoga, sports, swimming etc
- recheck the lipid profile in 3 months. If LDL levels lower then continue the changes. If it doesnot lower then you may take Atorvastatin for one to two weeks. It is a lipid lowering medicine.
