Brief Answer:
About high TSH;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
High TSH is suggestive for hypothyroidism, caused mainly by an authoimmune disease called Hashimoto thyroiditis.
Treatment with levothyroxine should be started and TSH should be checked once in 6 months to be sure that the dose is the right one.
It will not be a problem if the right dose of levothyroxine is taken.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta Guni
