Could You Please Advise What Might Be Causing Appendix Or A Hernia. ?

Question: Hi Doc,

I have two major concerns:

1. For the past 3 months, I’ve been feeling something on the right side of my abdomen, about 3 to 4 inches from my navel. It feels like a small weight, and I’m not sure if it’s related to my appendix or a hernia.

2. I’ve been experiencing pain in the lower right side of my back, where the kidney is located. Again it feels like a heavyweight, sometimes it was difficult to immediately get up. However, the pain only occurs in the early morning when I wake up, and it disappears immediately after I get up and start my day. This has been happening for the past 2 years.

Could you please advise what might be causing these issues and recommend any specific checkups I should undergo to diagnose the problem? I’ve also shared my recent full-body health check report for your reference.

Nope, but recently I had frequent urination. but it stopped in the last 3 days.

Meanwhile do get a Ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis which can rule out many possible conditions that can cause these symptoms.

Hi,

I have seen the reports sent...

Apart from a lower HDL levels there is no significant derangement in the test results.

For HDL you can consume foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
