Question: Hello Doctor,
Could you please assess my annual test reoprt? It shows my Egfr level is 2, even last year's report shows that it was 2.
could this be concern? if so, what other tests should I get done?

Thanks for your query.
Based on your laboratory reports that you have uploaded your eGFR is reported to be 77 (G2).

G2 GFR is indicative of a mild kidney disease and person may not have any symptoms for many years or may have symptoms like passing protein in urine .Your urine report does show protein in urine . Finding G2 GFR is very common and one should not be worried about it . People with stage G2 GFR may live for an additional 30 years following diagnosis.

Monitoring your EGFR frequently every year is advisable and one should consult qualified Nephrologist if it lowers below 60.

I have a query regarding creatine supplement!
I am into weight training and take 3/4 grams of creatine supplement 4 to 5 days a week. Could creatine impact gfr level tests ?
