Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,

I have seen the reports. And in my opinion it is a normal report
Iron is low but hemoglobin is normal. So I don't think there would be symptoms of anemia although short term intake of iron supplement may normalise the iron levels.
There is a slight increase in absolue leucocyte count and ESR and this may indicate some infection. But this find should be corelated with clinical picture. So if you don't have any symptoms of infection then it can be ignored.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
