Question: Hi, Doctor,

I recently underwent a full-body checkup last week, and I have attached the report for your review. Could you please check the report and let me know if there are any concerns that I should be worried about?

Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your reports. All the reports are normal except for triglycerides are little high and vitamin D is low. BP also 148/100 mmhg.

For vitamin D - cap. Uprise D3 60k once a week for 4 weeks

For high triglycerides no need to start with any medication as of now. But start with regular exercise and diet control. Avoid oily, spicy and fried foods, brisk walking atleast 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week, avoid late night dinners, sleep atleast 6-8 hours in a day. Repeat Lipid profile after 3 months.

Check BP at different times in a day for 3 days and note the BP readings. If it is more than 130/80mmHg, refer to internal medicine specialist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer helped you.
Please feel free to contact for further details.

Thanks
Dr. Saisudha
