Could You Please Do Analyses My Annual Health Report?

Question: Can you please help me read my report and suggest the medications as necessary specially for the issues which are in Alert including vitamin D.
Brief Answer:
Mostly normal report
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I have seen the report and it seems mostly ok.
The lipid profile is slightly deranged and you adopt a healthy lifestyle to manage the same. You can take less of affty foods like sweets, milk shakes, icecream, cakes. Regular exercise will also help.
Vitamin D is also on lower side. It can be increased naturally by being out in morning or evening sun and taking foods like til that are natural sources of this vitamin. You can also take a supplement of this vitamin like Osteocalcium d3 daily for 4-6 weeks and recheck it in 3 months.
Other values are normal.
Regards,
Dr Vaishalee

Hello Dr.
Thank you for your advise. For Vitamin D, alternatively can I take D-Rise. If yes, can you confirm on the prescription.

Brief Answer:
Yes you can take D rise weekly
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Yes D-Rise can also be taken in a lower dose of 1000 or 2000 IU of vitamin D weekly. Basically we dont want to to it in high doses.
If you need a prescription, then please raise a videocall or doctor call request and one of our doctors will send a prescription.
