Question: Could you please explain me annual report to me?

attached is my annual blood test results.

I want to understand the report and also let me know if I need to take any precaution or any medical treatment.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the results of examinations you attached.
Lymphocytes are elevated showing that you probably are suffering an infection. Also total cholesterol and Ldl cholesterol and all non LDL cholesterol are elevated.
Serum sodium is elevated.
You also have low vitamin D levels.
You should keep a low lipid diet with low diary products and low red meat.
Eat lots of friends and vegetables and fibers.
Use grapefruit juice.
Also keep low sodium diet.
You may need to take vitamin D supplements.
